Sessions are offered both in-person and via secure telehealth to provide flexibility and support that fits your needs and schedule, with comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy available for trauma processing.

Insurance Options

The above rates reflect self-pay services. I also accept select insurance plans, including:

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

If you plan to use insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will vary based on your specific benefits, including copays, coinsurance, and deductible requirements.

Clients who are uninsured, self-pay, or choosing not to use insurance benefits have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services under the No Surprises Act.

What to Know Before Starting

  • Payment is due at the time of service. Credit, debit, HSA/FSA cards, check, and cash accepted.

  • A valid card must remain on file for copays, balances, late cancellations, and missed appointments.

  • Superbills are available for clients seeking possible out-of-network reimbursement

  • Please verify insurance benefits prior to starting services.

  • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Self-pay clients: Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

    • Insurance-based clients: Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $100 cancellation fee, as insurance does not cover missed appointments.

  • Intake paperwork, consent forms, and practice policies must be completed through the client portal prior to the first appointment.

2. Complete Intake Forms

Before your first session, you’ll receive secure intake paperwork through the client portal, including consent forms, practice policies, and background information to help me better understand your needs.

3. Begin with an Intake Session

Our first session is focused on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals. For clients under 18, the initial intake session will be completed with parent(s) or guardian(s) first.

4. Start the Work Together

From there, we’ll begin building insight, practical tools, and support tailored to your needs, helping you move through life with more clarity, resilience, and grace.
