Sessions are offered both in person and via secure tele-health to provide flexibility and support that fits your needs and schedule.

Initial session to explore current concerns, history, and goals for treatment.For all clients under the age of 18, the initial intake session will be completed with parent(s) or legal guardian(s) only before meeting individually with the child or adolescent.

Individual therapy for adolescents and adults. -

Parent-focused sessions to support your understanding of and response to your child or adolescent. Work may include emotional regulation support, boundaries, communication strategies, behavior guidance, and building your own skills to help regulate emotions and model the same tools and responses you are encouraging in your child. -
$225 | 45-50 minutes
Sessions are offered when clinically appropriate to support the identified client’s treatment goals by improving communication and reducing family conflict. The primary focus remains the individual client’s care.

If you plan to use insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will vary based on your specific benefits, including copays, coinsurance, and deductible requirements.
Clients who are uninsured, self-pay, or choosing not to use insurance benefits have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services under the No Surprises Act.
What to Know Before Starting
Payment is due at the time of service. Credit, debit, HSA/FSA cards, check, and cash accepted.
A valid card must remain on file for copays, balances, late cancellations, and missed appointments.
Superbills are available for clients seeking possible out-of-network reimbursement
Please verify insurance benefits prior to starting services.
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Self-pay clients: Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
Insurance-based clients: Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $100 cancellation fee, as insurance does not cover missed appointments.
Intake paperwork, consent forms, and practice policies must be completed through the client portal prior to the first appointment.

Before your first session, you’ll receive secure intake paperwork through the client portal, including consent forms, practice policies, and background information to help me better understand your needs.
3. Begin with an Intake Session
Our first session is focused on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals. For clients under 18, the initial intake session will be completed with parent(s) or guardian(s) first.
4. Start the Work Together
From there, we’ll begin building insight, practical tools, and support tailored to your needs, helping you move through life with more clarity, resilience, and grace.
